• Unused or undamaged
• In the original packaging
• we charge deliver and pick up $5

2. How do I return a product?

Once you have alerted us you wish to make a return through an email contact. we will email you a link to start the easy return process.

If you receive your product from us with above issues, please hold the product and all packgaing with your cooperation and photo of your package and items we will investigate, offer a solution and ship out any replacements needed.

Our return, exchange,refunds policy lasts 7 days. if 7 days have gone by since your resceived items, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
